Karlie is an up and coming artist from Baltimore, MD. At twenty years old, she has been writing and performing music for several years. Karlie originally taught herself how to play guitar and later learned how to play the ukulele and piano. She has always been passionate about singing and music. As a child, she would perform in school talent shows, singing and dancing. Years later, Karlie continues to perform out at local open mic nights and other venues, including the 9:30 Club, the Ottobar, Rams Head Live, and Baltimore Soundstage. In college, Karlie is currently studying at Berklee College of Music. Aside from writing and performing, Karlie also records her own originals and covers. She recorded her first album “Just Trying to Get By” using the Garageband app on her iPad. She is currently working on her second EP "Words" to be released soon. Music is something Karlie has been very passionate about throughout her whole life and she is excited for the possibilities that await her in the future.
